5 14 hours ago Full Job Description The Operations Technology Person (OTP) is responsible for repairing and maintaining the technology equipment in our 8 restaurants.
The right candidate will be able to Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades Troubleshoot POS technology issues Provide the necessary resources ,tools, & support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment Ensure proper cable management Effectively communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs, and costs weekly.
Requirements Prior experience required Transportation required Flexible availability as some upgrades or equipment replacement must be completed during late evenings or early mornings Must be available to troubleshoot on site or over the phone Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
