Summary:
Successfully complete assigned objectives of designated sales area while supporting the Area Manager and helping develop staff assigned to that sales group by performing the following duties.
oResponsible for relieving and/or training route personnel as required. Must establish and present effective sales training methods, techniques and ideas.
oPosition sell and execution at store level. Must address and resolve problems while providing excellent customer service.
oReports on progress of sales trainees and personnel under guidance during training period.
Requirements:
oCandidate must have High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one (1) to three (3) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
oCandidate must have good basic math skills and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
oCandidate must be able to communicate effectively with others. Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, oral, or diagram form. While maintaining the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
oCandidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
oCandidate must have good driving record and a Class A Commercial License or the ability to receive one within 90 days.
oCandidate must be able to speak and read English.
oCandidate must have prior Merchandiser experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
