Full Time Speech language Pathologist

Job Description:
We have partnered with a school district looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist.
this position is full time for next school year.
This SLP would provide individually designed instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities to insure that students have access to and/or benefit from participation in the general education curriculum and special education services.
In order to respond to the individual needs and abilities of students, the Speech/Language Pathologist must work closely with the staff and administration of the school district.
Details: Full Time 18-19 school year Pre K - 3rd grade caseload Medical Benefits Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with staff to effectively utilize assessments and other data in the strategic identification of students to be served.
Communicate effectively with administrators, parents, staff, and community organizations with regard to student progress/needs.
Contribute to department/team meetings in support of student learning needs.
Help to facilitate assessments used to determine levels of performance; assist with flexible grouping; design instruction appropriate to individual needs; and communicate progress to classroom teachers.
Provide targeted, prescriptive instruction to identified students.
Stay abreast of new technologies to facilitate and support student learning, data management, and communication.
Uphold and enforce board policy, administrative procedures, and school rules/regulations.
Assist teachers in the implementation of curricular modifications, accommodations, and classroom strategies.
Interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner demonstrating acceptance of individual differences, patience, and sensitivity.
Participate in staff, department, and committee/team meetings; contribute to MTSS/IEP activities.
Respect the confidentiality of records and information regarding students, parents, and teachers in accordance with accepted professional ethics, and state and federal laws.
Help to sustain the profession by supervising student teachers, observers, para educators, and aides.
Provide academic assistance to students before and after regular school hours.
Obtain instructional resources and materials through processes outlined by the principal.
Maintain a safe and well-organized instructional space.
Respond to change in a productive manner.
Strive to communicate the positive aspects of our school program to the public in word and deed.
Other duties as assigned by the principal and or district administration.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
